Amarachi Utah is a distinguished privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence lawyer who has managed the data portfolios of international, multi-national and domestic organizations for the last 15 years, and during this period she has helped these entities develop and implement legal strategy to optimize their data capabilities and successfully navigate complex technological and regulatory compliance requirements.

Amarachi has worked with Fortune 500 companies, global tech giants, global philanthropies and start-up entrepreneurs, and partnered with product and business stakeholders across these organizations to develop comprehensive privacy programs, craft and implement incident response strategy, define AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines and devise enterprise privacy and security risk management strategy.

As Chair of the Privacy and Publicity Rights Committee of the American Bar Association's Intellectual Property Law Section, she leads initiatives addressing emerging privacy and technology issues. She is also an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and holds industry certifications in EU and US privacy law, AI governance and privacy program management .
